The rule, plainly

What you earn, and when you earn it.

Your margin is paid once, when you buy your float. It is already inside the amount you receive.

After that you serve your customers with no extra commission. Topping a neighbour up by 1,000 DOP earns you nothing more: it is already paid.

To earn more, you buy more float. That is all: no hidden tiers, no quota, no monthly target.

A relative can pay for your float.

Your brother, your sister, your cousin in New York or Madrid can fund your shop by card. They get the payment link once your application is accepted, and you are the one holding the float.
